I arranged to buy a number of 8-10 kilo fish from the Bigot farm and all my questions and order particulars were dealt with promptly by Shirley. I was very pleased with the information and updates Shirley was able to provide me with. I arrived at the Bigot’s farm to hand pick my fish and was very impressed with their professionalism and ease in which they operate. Having worked in the fish farming industry for several years myself I am naturally a little critical when I use/visit fish farms and fish dealers, but I couldn’t fault Laurent’s attitude and ability. Its very obvious he knows what he’s doing and the whole outfit is very well organised and calmly operated. Very impressed and would go to them again if I need more fish.
