Good afternoon Shirley, Firstly I would like to thank you very much for all your help, email’s and phone calls over organising our fish order.It was an absolute pleasure to meet you on Monday morning at the Bigot’s fish farm and I would like to give you and all the people we met at the fish farm the below testimonial. My friend Alan and I arrived at the fish farm at 9am and were met by Laurent who introduced himself and made us a coffee. Shirley arrived and introduced herself and explained what would be happening as far as the selection process and we just had a general chat. After a short while we were told everything was now ready so we went down to the first holding pool and were introduced to Michel Bigot, Aymeric, Matieu and Laurent’s brother but I did not catch his name unfortunately. The selection process was done with no rush at all and done very professionally with all the fish handled expertly, the time to select the fish was not the most important thing, what was important was how the fish were handled and carefully weighed and safely moved to the tanks in the delivery vehicle. Bigot fish are absolutely stunning and a real credit to them. When all the fish were safely loaded we headed for home followed shortly afterwards by Laurent, Aymeric and Matieu with our precious new fish onboard the perfectly set up vehicle with padded tanks and oxygen. All we had to do now was await there arrival here at Woodpecker Pool. They arrived very late in the evening and were carefully and safely placed into their new home, again with no rush whatsoever. We would like to say a very big thank you to all of the Bigot team for making the whole process very straight forward with no stress at all and to say what a very professional set up this is. We can highly recommend the Bigot team to everyone who are looking for new fish for their waters, we doubt you will find a more professional set up or better quality fish anywhere else. We will be using them again. Thank you all once again, it was a great pleasure to meet you all and we will look forward to seeing you all again in the future.
